I neglected to mention (as I seem to do) the importance of accountability to this whole process. It can be difficult to hold yourself accountable and admit your wrong in some situations. This is why you should start with holding yourself accountable. Be honest with yourself.
What I want is for everyone to set a few short-term (3-6 month) goals that can truly be measured and will also be beneficial to you. This is a great way to practice holding yourself accountable while also getting shit done. Kill two birds with one stone, as they say. Once that's done, hopefully you'll have an easier time practicing accountability in some more serious (or less private) situations and also make strides to improve your mental health!
