There are MANY types of ethics (just look it up, it's a ton) but in this talk, I only talk about the three main types. I would highly encourage you to take time to figure out which one you use to self-govern. For some people they'll know right away, others may not.
It's important to figure out how you self-govern in order to help you realize if something needs to change. If something does need to change, what? Again, changes like these are not going to happen overnight and will take time. You are retraining (or reprogramming) your mind to process information differently. Be patient with yourself and more importantly, be TRUE to yourself.
