The reports present four phases in their organization, which are: preparation, execution, data examination and writing. Its structure consists of three fundamental parts, which are: an entrance, strong and interesting; a body, which is the story (information and interpretation), and a conclusion: the closing or departure of the topic or fact investigated from the report.
