Here it is! The 1st episode of our 3 part podcast series on Mental Toughness.

We welcome special guest cohost Isaac White to this all new podcast series.

Isaac has recently graduated from Stanford University, playing in the Pac-12 Conference, one of the biggest and toughest conferences in all of American College basketball, and is about to commence his pro career with the Hawks Basketball in the NBL.

Isaac and Coach Andrew Jantke will discuss all aspects of Mental Toughness in this 3 part podcast series.  This first episode lays the groundwork, introducing many ideas that will be expanded upon in the next 2 episodes.  Isaac openly discusses challenges and big games where he applied mental toughness along the way, as Janx and Isaac deep dive into what mental tougness means, how to talent ID it in others, how to develop it and how others can help you develop it.

This is a great podcast series for athletes (young and older), their parents, coaches and supporters to bring this important characteristic to their thinking and developing a deep understanding how and why it develops it develops in athletes.  The hosts will provide unique insights from an athlete that has played on the big stage, experienced success in Australian pathways and overseas too, and a coach that has helped develop it in many highly successful young athletes over many years.

We look forward to hearing your input, feedback and ideas for the next couple of episodes.
