In this episode I spoke to Cynthia Owyoung who has established and led diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in multiple industries.

She has been recognised for her influence and thought leadership by Entrepreneur Magazine as 2021’s 100 Women of Impact. And released a book called All Are Welcome: How to Build a Real Workplace Culture of Inclusion that Delivers Results.  

There is no doubt the diversity equity inclusion and belonging are top of mind of  business leaders all over the world. For Cynthia a topic that is deeply personal she has spent more than two decades working in this space.
