Takođe, radi mnogo sa timovima širom sveta na promeni kulture poslovanja i uvođenju design thinking pristupa u timove.

In this episode, our guest is Macarena Botta, an entrepreneur and startup founder from Uruguay. She is the founder of the first coworking space in Montevideo and Uruguay, as well as the founder of several startups. Macarena actively works on development of teams around the world and she also teaches design thinking and innovation on the university in Uruguay.
