I denne episode af Hudson All Inclusive har vi besøg af Rachel Osikoya. Siden 2014 har Rachel arbejdet som global chef for mangfoldighed og inklusion i Mærsk. Derudover har hun arbejdet gennem 13 år inden for mangfoldighed for virksomheder som BT, Barclays Capital og i Standard Bank i Storbritannien, Sydafrika og Danmark

Sammen med Rachel går vi i dybden med, hvordan man i en global virksomhed som Maersk arbejder med diversitet, når man samtidig skal forholde sig til forskellige normer, kulturer og tradiotioner. Vi kommer helt ind i maskinrummet og får inspiration til, hvordan arbejdet med diversitet gribes an uanset hvor stor eller lille virksomheden er. Det første skridt er en erkendelse af, at det er et vigtig fokusområde.

In our new podcast series, Hudson All Inclusive, we invite guests in for a talk about diversity and inclusion in the labour market. All our guests work with different inclusion perspectives daily, bringing contrasting views with them that we explore in the podcast series⭐️

In this episode of Hudson All Inclusive we are visited by Rachel Osikoya. Since 2014, she has been working as the global head of diversity and inclusion at Maersk. In addition, Rachel has worked for 13 years with diversity for companies such as BT, Barclays Capital and at Standard Bank in the UK, South Africa and Denmark. Together with Rachel, we go in depth with how a global company like Maersk works with diversity, when at the same time they have to keep different norms, traditions and cultures in mind. We get right into the engine room and get inspiration for how work with diversity can be approached in all types of companies. The first important step, however, is a recognition of the fact that it is an important focus area.
