Coming from a family of realtors, Brian grew up understanding the New York marketplace and its many characteristics. Brian possesses a sharp detailed memory for real estate data, such as layouts, building histories, new developments, recent sales comps, pricing, staging and reformatting of existing floor plans. He owns real estate investments in New York, Miami and Texas, and is currently finishing a high-end condo development in Brooklyn Heights.

Fluent in English, Russian and Spanish, Brian graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Art History. He previously ran his own video/photo production company working with some of the most well-known high-end fashion brands. Passionate about the arts, Brian is an avid photographer whose NYC street photos have been featured in several art publications. He is also an art collector and investor in Broadway shows.
