Relationships - Today's episode with the lovely, Celeste Anderson had me laughing, crying and blushing during our time together. Celeste shares her journey of healing and thriving from years of sexual trauma and discusses about the the many phases of healing as she worked through her own experiences. This isn't always an easy topic to discuss but is one that deserves to have some light on it. We are all at choice on each of us individually get to decide what is right for each of us. I love Celeste's openness and rawness as we talked about sexuality and exploring the sacral energy we each hold. We are the masters of our own body and we deserve to explore and embrace the sexual beings that we are. 

A little bit about Celeste:
"Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor, Intuitive, Medium…. These are all words you hear thrown around all the time in the last few years, but in reality, what do they mean? Just like everything in life they are all relative. All these terms resonate differently with each person that speaks them and with each person that uses them as a title.

My name is Celeste Anderson. I may fall into most of those categories above to a lot of people, but I prefer to consider myself a teacher. A teacher of tools to help you become your own life coach, spiritual advisor, intuitive and even a medium (if you choose to open yourself to those skills). I believe I have been put here to help raise the vibration and open people’s hearts to a different kind of thinking.

Probably the longest, most significant journey of growth and healing for me, was from the years of conditioning placed on me around sexuality.  After working through layers and layers surrounding my childhood sexual abuse, I have found a beautiful, loving, spiritual connection to sexuality and I  am honored every time I have the opportunity to guide someone else on their own journey of healing and freedom.

Society has made sexuality an evil, dark thing.  We have been made to feel ashamed about our bodies, thoughts and natural desires.  When in contrast, our sexuality is an amazing gift of self love and empowerment.
