A few weeks ago I was browsing around netflix one night looking for something to watch when I stumbled on a documentary that caught my eye. 

The documentary Transcendant man is about futurist Ray Kurzweil and his predictions of what lies ahead for us in the next 50 years.  

If even half his predictions come true there's a crazy world just ahead of us that really none of us can begin to comprehend.

The doc got me thinking it would be fun to have a discussion about the future with Phil Giroux on the podcast..  he's an avid follower of technological trends and always seems to have has a pulse on these things as you'll soon discover..
