This week, we were lucky enough to sit down with an incredible human, Victoria Humphries. Among her accolades are hiking to the north pole, writing a book, running a consulting business and being a motivational speaker when she has free time.

To hear the account of an unplanned polar plunge in the Arctic left us panicking while she calmly carried on with her story. Even with the 7 months of hard training Humphries boils it down to what it actually takes: Mental Toughness.
