Welcome to episode #14 of the Hypnotic Affirmations Podcast. I’m Sonia Devine and I’ll be your relaxation guide today.

In today’s episode I’m going to take you through a guided hypnosis journey to help you overcome your insomnia.

So many of my clients tell me that when it comes time to lay their heads on the pillow at the end of the day, it’s like their mind goes into overdrive.

The endless mind chatter plagues them and robs them of their precious sleep.

Whether you find it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep or both, this meditation is designed to help you let go of the mind chatter and relax into an easy, comfortable slumber.

You’ll learn to gradually ease your way out of the anxiety and mind chatter that make your insomnia 10 times worse.

This episode will help you:

  • Stop worrying about not being able to sleep;
  • Relax and let your body do its job;
  • Clear the mind chatter that keeps you awake;
  • Sleep well every night

So, find a comfortable place to relax, where you won't be disturbed. It’s best to listen with earphones if you can.
