If you are anything like myself you will know the struggle with weight loss and gain as a woman especially! I have suffered from eating disorders my whole life until my latter years. I dreaded pictures being taken and having to pretend to have a good night out when in fact I hated myself. It was a horrible mindset to be in and that is why when I found Natassia I just knew I had met my soul mate. 

Her story is so much more than losing 65kg and keeping it off for 10 years... its deeper than that. She is a trailblazer and leader in speaking about the reality behind hanging your damn life for the better. She talks directly to the heart of your triggers and helps dismantle them into something more digestible that you can work with and transform into the life you want and deserve!
