I ❤️ ANXIETY is a BrainLids™ podcast dedicated to learning to love the uncomfortable; to finding ways to reframe, reappraise, and even be grateful for uncomfortable, distressing, or seemingly unlovable circumstances in our lives (such as anxiety). With an emphasis on the brain and it's ability to change and rewire itself, we hope to reframe the way we view mental health and de-mystify it a lil' bit. We want to explore the beauty in the contrast of our life experiences, especially the ones we want to delete immediately, because we believe integration of ourselves, our soul, and our psyche is the key to liberation.
