I've been stuck. In almost every aspect in my life. I wasn't happy but I wasn't sad. I existed but didn't live. I was just OK.
Do you know that feeling that all you want is to be happy? You have so much around you but you don't see it. You focus on the lack in life, the negativity. So, why do we live in a world that we have everything but we still struggle being truly happy?
In this episode I'll talk about happiness from my point of view. I'll share my journey in achieving happiness in life. What I've done to bring happiness and how I keep it.
