What is your signature bake?

My signature bake would be my cakes. I am able to use all of the creative freedom and use cakes as an outlet for my creativity. Signature cake flavor would have to be cookies and cream! Cupcakes are a close runner up. Cupcakes I am able to use creative freedom to make unique flavors and do fun things with toppings! Signature cupcake is hands down my edible cookie dough cupcakes!

How long have you been baking?

I have been baking for 10 years this year. I started at a Kroger bakery in 2012, and just knew this was what I wanted to do with my life. In 2017 I had my second child, and made the leap to quit my full time factory job, to be a stay at home mom. After thinking long and hard- made the plunge to take my goodies further than just family and friends and offered them to the public. I am ever so thankful I made the leap. I now have some of the best client-turned-friends I could ask for! 

What is your best baking secret?

Patience, passion, and FRESH! Patience is a huge one, especially with kids at home! Passion for crafting the best fresh, and home made goodies. Love is sprinkled in to everything I make, and I think that's the real secret ingredient. When you love what you do, it'll show in your work!
