Here's the deal. As we wrap up 2021, I thought it was really important that we remember to reward ourselves for the small gains we made this year. 2021 proved to be just as hard-- if not harder than 2020, and the fact that we made any shred of progress in any way this year is something to be celebrated.

I think sometimes we forget to cheer ourselves on when we do something for ourselves that makes our lives better, or something that gets us that much closer to achieving the goals that we set out for ourselves.

This episode is all about celebrating those wins in a big way, and walking into the new year feeling like you can do anything you want to do!
