I'm starting to realize this podcast is really a way for me to hold myself accountable when it comes to taking care of my mental and physical needs! Anybody else been feeling insanely scatterbrained and seemingly unable to get it together?! I know that I have, so I thought it was important to share some thoughts and hopefully some good advice on how to create a more peaceful life that is productive and enjoyable!
