Happy February Ya'll!! So much happening at all times but I'm so excited to bring ya'll a brand new episode all about recognizing the power that we have to take charge of our own lives and make things happen in the ways that work for us-- in ways that make sense for us.

Life is about prioritizing your needs so that you can start to share those blessings with other people. We can't give if we haven't yet taken care of our own needs. I'm aiming to do a lot more of that this year!

How many times have we all done things or went along with things just because we wanted to make other people happy? I'm working really hard to not do that, and I hope that through this episode ya'll can start to adapt those habits into your every day lives as well!!
