... But really though, I'm bringing you guys another long awaited episode where we talk about what it means to make a comeback-- mentally, physically, spiritually, etc. 

At this point I feel like the sum of this podcast is about how to pick yourself back up after falling, but also how to pick yourself back up after periods of doubting yourself, figuring shit out, and just overall trying to be better and feel better.
