Woo boy! Ever had some wild experience with people in your life that made you start to question yourself? Your values, principles, and beliefs? I know that I have. And the thing is that only you know who you are, what you stand for, what you care about. Only you know the things that bring you true joy and excitement, and the thing is the people, places and things that don't give you that sense of joy don't deserve to hold precious space in your life.

 This week we're talking about knowing your worth, letting go of the reservations you may have about turning off the things in this world that have been causing you undue stress or pain or frustration. You deserve a happy, healthy life, so go get it fam!
