Emily shares a fantastic quote in today's Chalk Talk, "the person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person who is doing it."
There are many takeaways from this quote:

• Instead of interrupting and putting down a person for trying, could you perhaps come from a place of learning and understanding?
• Is your disbelief a reflection of your own insecurity?
• Every time something is done for the first time, it has never been done before!

Evelyn also discusses the concept of the four minute mile "barrier". The first time it was broken was in 1954, after seeming impossible. Only 2 months later, it was broken again. Now it has been broken by over 1,000 athletes.
Moral of the story - things will always seem impossible until they are achieved.
