Evelyn and Emily were lucky enough to attend an event in which the CEO of Uber Eats was the guest speaker.
One topic that has stuck with them both long after the event was, "How do you stay in front of the competition?"
Evelyn had been wanting to ask this! So was wrapped to hear the response.
Jodie says, "You need to remember why you started your business in the first place".
What you will find is, this is actually linked back to providing service to your customers. Watching the competition makes you reactive instead of proactive. It's ok to have your blinkers on, but never let your competition dictate your service.
