In this episode I am so excited to interview the wonderful James Dowler. After spending time at meditation retreats and doing a foundation in psychotherapy and counselling, James found his calling in a connected breathe workshop. He realised this was the tool he was meant to share and has gone on to teach people to harness the power of their breath to alleviate emotional issues, improve their physical health and connect them to a deeper, more spiritual part of themselves.
