This week, Harriet is joined by fellow plant forager and ethnobotanical food researcher Robin Harford. Since establishing his renowned wild foraging food school in 2008, Robin has published several best-selling foraging books and released his successful wild food podcast, Eatweeds. Their walk takes them through the Exeter countryside as they discuss the importance of learning from Indigenous knowledge, monocultures, hybridisation, sustainability and fully wild diets.
