The wonderful world of mushrooms! Join Harriet on a very rainy walk through the Harford woods with Nick Phillips from Grown Up Mushrooms. Nick supplies the very best mushrooms to restaurants and those lucky enough to live in Dorset and Devon. He leads walks, talks and classes to educate people about one of the most misunderstood wild foods. In Part 1 of their conversation, they talk about the mycelium network, the connectivity of the woods, the dreaded death cap mushroom and the importance of remembering “don’t munch on a hunch”.
