Hey everyone, welcome to ‘Ignite your Legend’. I am your host Kyle Scully. This is a podcast where I share with you the inspirational stories of ordinary people doing EXTRA-ordinary things, in the hope that it will set your inner legend ablaze! I will be sharing the mindsets, actions and habits my guests have, to empower you to discover your purpose, pursue your passion and live your dream.

I started this podcast to show people that we all have the same potential to be happy in life, and to succeed in whatever we do. Lately I have been chatting with people who have embarked on epic adventures, set out to change the world and have help thousands of people life a better life.

But, not everyone is searching for the endless adventure or to change the world. Sometimes people are just happy to be where they are, wake up every morning and shine a little light on those around them. So, I decided to share the story of the Ignite Your Legend listeners, these people every day legends, to show you that we are all extra-ordinary in our own way.

In this episode, I speak with Sheron Kenny.

Sheron is a business coach of 18 years, where she works with multinational corporations to assist the workers to push past mental blocks, and self-doubt and then redesign their attitude and mentality, helping them achieve the success they want. She is also a qualified counsellor, and wrote a training programme for life and business coaching when she worked as a registered trainer.

I talk to Sheron about her life so far and the lessons she has learnt along the way. Such as how to stay focus on your goals, how to clarify your purpose, how to beat self-doubt and much more. I took so much away from this conversation! Sheron really knows her stuff when it comes to attitude profiling and mental thinking patterns. So, I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
