This week on I’m fine thanks & other lies we go from one end of the conversation spectrum to the other; from dehydration to laser quest, but primarily we discuss why we have decided to cap off this final episode and continue with the much anticipated (we hope) season 2 at a later date. 

 However for the last time for this season, we would like to introduce you to the fantastic Dale who talks to us about his incredible Mental and physical journey after being diagnosed with a brain tumour that Li and Abi are unable to pronounce throughout pretty much the whole interview (it’s a hard one) 

 We would like to thank Dale and all of our guests on this season for coming on and taking the time to share their stories with us, we hope you have all enjoyed the first instalment of our podcast series and rest assured that we will be back soon to brighten your week with all the mental health goodness that we can.
