This week, we're joined by former disco, freestyle dancer Kirsty! 

You may remember Kirsty from earlier episodes such as: that one Kirsty was in. That's right! She joined us in Season 1 and shared her own personal story of mental health, now she's back and as gorgeous as ever sharing her experience of the dance industry circa none of yo' business because age is just a concept. 

Li and Kirsty chop up the dance industry chat, Li talks loosely about her experience as a street-dancer-come-contemporary-artist before a knee injury forces her into becoming the superhero podcaster you know her to be today. They talk all things dance related including training, teachers and the long lasting effects it can have on your mental health. Abi essentially, sits in and at one point might have had a snack. 

But you know what guys, life's about balance, okay?

We jest, Abi did something gymnastic (like, genuinely) and honest to god at one point in time she had a gym membership and it counts as an activity whether you attend or not.
