On this weeks episode of IFT&OL we welcome the wonderful Mark, who Li thinks gives us serious Graham Torrington Late Night Love vocal vibes (For the record Abi to this day still has absolutely no clue who the heck that is) - one second she'll google him... she can confirm that googling him hasn't helped in the slightest. 

Ok, so you know that feeling you have when you're at the peak of feeling super shitty, your mental health has taken a nose dive and you've convinced yourself things will never get any better? How many times have you wondered how the hell your partner puts up with you? How many times have you told yourself they deserve so much better and they would be better off without you? (seriously stop doing that! You're the best. We love you) Well Mark gives us an insight into what it's like to be the other person.

Join us as we listen to Mark tell us all about the ups and downs of being with somebody who struggles with their mental health, how it feels to be the supporter of a sufferer and understanding and processing your own feelings whilst trying to balance the needs of others.

This one has got some serious "awwwww" moments and for somebody that felt super out of their comfort zone we think Mark did a mighty fine job and we loved having him on the show!
