Joy is not a feeling, it is a fruit of the spirit and a by product of being with the Lord.

While you are faced with challenges, stir up the joy inside of you and your feelings will catch up!

Don't give up so quickly! Though you are pained, though you are under pressure, stop the pity party and begin to call forth your spirit into joy!

Stir it up until your feelings begin to catchup!

With joy you will draw from the wells of salvation! Joy gives you strength while you wait on God for that thing you are believing God for.
