We have always face any situation even the worse of them heads on no matter the cost with this slogan at our core, “Freedom or Death”.  We know and remember how our story began and what was the end result.

In my own experience growing up in Haiti, I have frequently found that it is only through knowledge of Kreyòl that one can truly grasp the intimacies of the country—but that, equally, only through knowledge of culture is one really able to understand Kreyòl.
