Kiri Rawson of 26 Adventures and Me is chatting about her life-changing idea to go on 26 Adventures in a year. That might sound intimidating at first, but you just have to change your definition of "adventure" and lean into your crazy life.

Kiri wasn't feelin' the idea that self-care had to be something you do over and over again, like meditation or morning routines. So she set out to create her own adventures and claim back the self she lost while raising two kids. I think most of us can relate to that!
