This season, we're ditching the business talk and just having real conversations about real topics. And I couldn't be more excited. I want to talk about diet, culture, privilege, acceptance, creating boundaries, faith, making space for more fun and laughter in your life. And whatever else feels right in the moment.

Last season was a little heavy on the business talk. And even though I love all the amazing friendships I made while recording it, I'm kicking the business tips to the curb and fully embracing my guest experiences and their unique perspectives on life and their imperfect journey. I'm sure the show is going to keep evolving and changing, but there's really one way to find out and that's to do the damn thing.
