Becca chats with Kyla Templeton the Arkansas League Director for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association. This a mountain biking cycling league which gives middle school and high school students the opportunity to learn to mountain bike and race. Kyla was instrumental in starting the league in Arkansas; she models leadership and service for youth mountain bikers.
