In this podcast sociologist Inse de Wit and teacher Marlot van der Goot talk about their journey to happier and healthier lives. They share their knowledge of humans, culture, and self-development with the goal to help others thrive. They are two Dutch girls who went from surviving to thriving, from feeling down to feeling good and from impossible to I´mPossible.
Inse de Wit and Marlot van der Goot are two Dutch social workers who now work as a teacher and a sociologist. They have backgrounds in acting, writing, academia, caregiving, and much more. They discuss topics like happiness, gratitude, anxiety, embodying your best self, spirituality, awareness of your feelings and desires, affirmations, relationships, jobs, purpose, meaning, you name it.
They helped each other heal from mental and physical health problems by supporting each other through weekly phone calls. They transformed their happiness, health, and lives. Two years of weekly phonecalls about these topics helped both of them a lot and they had a lot of fun healing themselves. They found that if their talks helped them, they might be able to help other people with their professional and personal insights.
Hopefully, you enjoy this podcast and join them on their journey!
