Dan and Carole McClelland started the ASL DTS in 2013 in Washington, DC as a way for Deaf adults and those that sign fluently to be trained, empowered, and sent as ambassadors for Christ into the world. Since then they have run many training programs and helped plant Deaf missions works in various places around the world. They are believing that through this ministry God is planting deep roots in the truth of God’s word, and igniting faith into this generation to see revival in the Deaf community worldwide.  In 2019 God moved this ministry to Jamaica where they continue to run the DTS for the Deaf called Deaf World DTS while also serving alongside the local Deaf Jamaican community by planting a Deaf church in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
