Kelly Carthy is the founder of The Inner Leader. 

Her work as an integrative coach is designed to shift people from the act of 'doing' into 'embodied being' in both personal and professional leadership.

Kelly has been my personal coach for the past two years.  And not only do I get to share with you her story, but many examples of the kind of work she has done for me and the shifts I've experienced.

I highly recommend her immersive workshops if you can...but if you would just like to begin testing the waters, she does a 90min intensive coaching session which I guarantee you will give you something to take home and implement.

However, just like anything we do in life, consistency is the key, which is why I chose a 12 month partnership, which quite quickly lead into a 2 year weekly catch up session, enabling me to really delve deeper into her methods and learning.

I love the work she does, bringing always the leader back within...because really, within us, we know the answer to many of our problems. We are capable of finding the solutions, but just need help unlocking the way back to ourselves.

Trudy Croad is the founder of Lovebird Weddings, a wedding planning & styling agency born 2007, and based in the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

With a previous career in media across both Australia & London, she has held leading Research & Marketing positions across some of the most famous magazines in the world.

Her new business Wedcoach, providing expert commentary and coaching, was born out of her internal drive to raise the value of the wedding industry, by supporting those that work within it.
