(2) Take Time to Meditate- Find a quiet place where you can focus on the present and clear your mind (Check out the Apps Headspace & Calm)

(3) Read an Inspiring Book- Taking in positive literature can help renew our minds and put things into perspective 

(4) Journal Your Feelings- Write down what’s good in the world and in your life. Set goals that you feel confident in achieving today 

(5) Be Intentional with Your Time- Ask yourself some hard questions. Am I doing what really fulfills me? Am I using my talents and gifts to serve others or am I just going through the motions working “another job”?
