Todays episode is with James Newbury, a Crossfit Athlete who In 2017, 2018 and 2019 had placed 1st at the Regional/Sanctional events, this earned him 4 consecutive years at the CrossFit Games, in which he had placed in 2019 the 5th in the World CrossFit Games, earning the title of the 5th Fittest Man on Earth and if you don't know last year the crossfit games had 608,000 raving viewers tune in and watch the games unfold.

While being a full time athlete he also runs two successful businesses which are Phyba which is a plant based Performance supplement range which has been created to not only enhance your recovery, performance and increase your strength but also look after your gut health so you can thrive not just physically but mentally.

As well as Le Boiz Swimwear which was inspired by the belief in the power of community, a like-minded group of individuals who share the same passion for pushing their limits and living life fully.

We had the chance to talk about his upbringing and what inspired him to choose to continue to level up his life, his journey from being a spectator at the crossfit games to competing and living out his dreams as a crossfit athlete.
