On Episode 4, our guest is Richard Tran who is a humble hairdresser in Sydney's South West. He is the owner and the face behind ULTRAFADE Salon. Rich is in the business of changing lives and instilling confidence in his clients. Since 2017, the salon has built a reputation in the area for creating beautiful hairstyles and colouring.

Everyone knows Rich is very busy, as hairdressing and taking care of his customers is very important - so we discuss with Rich what his morning routine is like. Like most leaders, there is a team behind them and he tells us the most basic fundamentals behind running a successful team.
