Obaid Omer joins me for a discussion primarily centered on enlightenment values and the interaction between said values and the Islamic world.  How do we best fight dangerous ideas?  Is burning the Quran a legitimate and effective form of protest?  Should the hijab be used as a symbol of feminism in the United States?  We may not answer these questions perfectly but Obaid is an articulate, bright man who's got lots of great ideas and I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation.
