Who would you become if you had the confidence to risk what you deem as comfortable, like your 9 to 5 or 6 figure salary, to live the life you've always dreamed of? I believe that the first stage in developing confidence is monitoring your self-talk.

From foster care to the biggest loser his journey is one that we can all relate in some way especially knowing that when life happens to us we can either decide to give up or tap into that internal resource called confidence that will give us a determination to keep going no matter what it takes.
