She brings her expertise from the professional world and imparts it on her students in classes specializing in CRM.

Dr. Carver-Madalon has made her mark in the educational sector. She is the current head of the leadership and strategic communication at Maryville and takes pride in not only educating her students on how to communicate, but how to grow as people. In addition to this she is an author and keynote speaker.
