We have all been there when the umpire seems to have an additude or beef with the coach or parent/fan. Where is the line from being a fan or a pest. Also the sport has exploded and the need for umpires continues to increase. Not talking about judgment calls, but more of just not knowing rules. Directors seem to get very defensive about this topic as it ultimately threatens their bottom line. Where and what are sanctions doing to continue to improve the umpires.
