Happy New Year! Bonne Année! Vardanush Petrosyan is a dietitian living and practicing in Armenia. I had the opportunity to meet Vardanush in person when I traveled to Yerevan in 2017. A lot has changed since our initial meeting, but Vardanush's genuinely kind personality and entrepreneurial grit has not. Listen in as we chat about what Vardanush is up to now, the importance of eating with others in Armenia's food culture, matzoon, lavash, and more. We wrap up with some words of wisdom from Vardanush.
