On this episode, we interview Chef Andres Zuluaga. Andres is a former collegiate football player that began his culinary journey in an effort to clean up his life. He has worked under Michelin-star chefs in Washington D.C., been featured in various culinary magazines for his latin-inspired cuisine, he has started a family, and has recently taken his talents back to his hometown of Melbourne, Florida in hopes of building his own restaurant empire.
