Last week we discussed the topic of "Where Is The Love" where I talked about the importance of kindness and compassion, but what happens when you are doing your best to spread joy and you are still the recipient of someone's bad day? The purpose behind this weeks show is  about understanding what other people are dealing with on a daily basis that you might not even realize.  It’s about putting yourself in their shoes when your partner comes home cranky from a days work, or your kids seem to be having an off day.  We often times take this so personally when really it has little or nothing to do with us.  What if rather than internalizing someones response to you as something that you did wrong, or judging yourself, you were able to realize it's not personal, compassion and communication are key in allowing yourself to no longer be at the expense of someone's bad day.  ~ More About Infinite You ~  Jenn Wood is an Empowerment coach and Energy Healer who is passionate about helping individuals transform their life from Ho-Hum to Hell Ya.
