Tristan Back is not your average 19-year-old! In fact he is an young emerging business owner and entrepreneur who is fuelling his love for digital media, by building a personal brand online whilst starting his own digital marketing agency.

Originating from QLD and humble beginnings, Tristan talks to me about how he effectively lived with his family for 3 years in a Garage, before taking upon himself to send a highlights reel to American College Football coaches, in order to travel continue his degree on a scholarship to make his study cheaper.

It was on this trip of a lifetime that he gained some valuable experience working in a digital marketing agency, which has now lead to starting Wilack Marketing, whilst allowing him to build his his own brand via public speaking engagements, and a new side business, delivering one of Australia’s top loves, great coffee straight to your door.

In this open discussion, we talk about the challenges of starting a new business at such a young age, what drives and keeps him motivated, picking up your life and moving to a new Country, with the hope you can support your yourself, your family and build a career.
