The story began when Adhitra signed up for Ironman Texas about 1.5 months prior to the actual race. What started as a family holiday, it ended up with a little race in between. Most of the time during a triathlon race, we worried about carrying our bike in between plane rides, this time Adhitra decided to rent a bike with the IM partner so that he can be freed of hassle before and after the race. Another decision that may be cringy for any endurance athletes was that he also decided to wear a new running shoes for the 42.2km distance. What a decision! It was a fun interview, a lot of Ironman perspective and with the help of Atmasunu, we created our own little space to discuss the importance of strength training.
